Attorney Beau Bowin

The Bowin Law Group is a Brevard Florida bankruptcy and foreclosure defense law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Central Florida who are looking for relief from their debts and from the harassment of their creditors.

The founder of the Bowin Law Group, Beau Bowin, was born and raised in Brevard County. After grauduating Brevard Community College with his associates degree, Beau went on to receive his B.S. in Political Science at the Florida State University. Upon graduating FSU, Beau entered Law School at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Beau Graduated Law School in 2002 with honors. After graudating law school, Beau took a coveted position as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division.

After his tenure as a Judicial Law Clerk, Beau went on to represent some of the largest Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States, including debtor representation of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. from 2005 through 2009 in Winn-Dixie's multi-billion dollar Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. Beau has earned the recognition of his peers as a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers Magazine for 2010, 2011 and 2013.

Beau's previous corporate clients include such household names as Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., Wachovia Bank, Citicorp, Household Finance Corporation, Florida Power & Light, General Electric Capital Corporation and many more. Each of these companies has one thing in common - they can each afford the very best attorneys to represent their interests. All too often, however, the small business person or the family just trying to make ends meet cannot afford high quality legal representation to protect their rights.

The Bowin Law Group was established to ensure that families and small businesses in the Space Coast community have access to the same high caliber representation typically reserved for clients with large pocketbooks. Whatever your legal issue, whether you're a family filing for bankruptcy, a homeowner trying to save your home from foreclosure, or a small business in a dispute with a vendor, the Bowin Law Group will give you a fair assessment of your legal rights, and if necessary, provide you with aggressive and zealous representation to ensure your rights are protected. The Bowin Law Group services all areas of Brevard County, including Melbourne, Palm Bay, Merritt Island, Viera, Rockledge, Cocoa, Port Saint John and the beaches. We also represent clients in Indian River County and Orlando, Florida.
